Living with disabilities

I work with individuals with a variety of differences, disorders and diseases.

Examples of these are cerebral palsy, muscular dystrophy, autism, seizure disorders, tremor disorders and more. Severities range in scale significantly based on each person including many using mobile assistance tools.

My extensive training and experience allow me to adapt classes for a variety of individuals different needs along with mobility needs.

My students are amazingly hard workers and it pays off! Yoga provides tools that help calm the body, breathe and brain. Spiraling Hearts Yoga teaching
